Their names are Petey and Ringo. Petey after one of the Monkees. and Ringo after one of the Beatles! I'm so creative! :)
I think I'm done with the commenting. I'll come back later.
... hey, will you stalk Jon Stewart and take a pic for me and post it? Thanks. no, just kidding! :)
(at least you live closer than I do)
Very inventive names! I approve!
every pet of mine is named after a historical figure and/or 60s band member. ;)
Fantastic! I have one fish, and she's called Sally, but I named her when I was young an uninventive.
Which other bands do you like?
awww, fishy! so cute. Hey, you can just say that Sally is from a song or something - "Long Tall Sally" is a Beatles song. Then again, since your fish is neither... long... nor tall, probably, there may be a problem. lol
oh dear... I love so many artists it's not even funny. I'm in guitar and stuff like that... lemme see: The Beatles, The Doors, Queen, The Who, The Beach Boys, The Byrds, The Kinks, etc. etc. Then I also like more recent bands like the one in your icon and Franz Ferdinand. :D what about you??
hmmm. i love the beatles, matchbox twenty, the goo goo dolls, U2, queen, aerosmith, the ramones, the clash, hootie and the blowfish, counting crows.. and.. of course.. bsb. *cough*
I've been to a BSB concert...
It was rather fun. 'Cept the acoustics in the stadium (outdoors) were bad, so it wasn't too good. but that wasn't their fault. please don't hurt me. lol
lmfao. yeah... i dunno.. as much as i love bsb.. going to a concert of their's isn't the best experience. esp. when you are surrounded by a bunch of fuckin retards who don't understand the CONCEPT of a concert. you are there to listen. to music. not to fucking scream your heads off and essentially hear your own shrieking for 3+ hours, without stop, might i add... if they just wanted to scream and not listen.. how about you go put on the album in your room and have a ball.
i just wanted to grab a machete and go insane. *cough*
my ears are STILL ringing from that and other bsb events... yeah... i gotta go to the ear doctor.. seriously...
Yeah... there were some crazy people there. And my dad went too (LOL) which was hilarious. It was Sept. 22nd, 2001, and my dad thought the terrorists were gonna come get us so he started screaming when they came out, along with all the girls. hehehe. he thought they were dying or something. psh. but I agree. Concerts are for listening to other people for once...
WOOOOOOOOOW!!!!!!!! That would be so amazing!!!!!
You mean what concert tour? I dunno. I think it was after the... third album came out? (was that Black and Blue? can't remember) But I think they did sing some songs from that.
lmfao.. uhh.. *points to icon*
I wonder how their album's gonna fare. I mean, most of their fans from then have grown up, hopefully their haven't lost their appeal. Or they may appeal to a whole other group now.
well.. i really don't care if they can't break their previous records.. or meet them for that matter.. cuz... well.. obviously, the music industry isn't what it used to be what with dl'ing, piracy and itunes and all that stuff...
but yeah.. as long as bsb was able to maintain some hardcore fans like me i'll be happy. at least i'll know i'm in good company with fans that aren't teenies... *cough* hopefully, at least.
Well, she is kind of long, but only because she's so old! (She's about 11!)
Bands... I like No Doubt, The Darkness, Franz Ferdinand, Queen, U2, Goo Goo Dolls, Something Corporate, The Calling, Westlife, and they're my favourites..... but I love loads of others, the ones you mentioned, Bon Jovi, The Clash.....
wow, an 11 year old fishie is impressive! Yay Franz Ferdinand! and Queen! and all the other bands! I just love music. a lot. :D
Yep, me too..... I had glandular fever recently, and I didn't listen to music while I was actually ill, so the moment I put music on my mum knew I was better! *hums along to Christmas songs in the background*
awww... glandular fever? ugh, sounds painful! :) sometimes I randomly burst into song. hehe.
And in my French class, I always sing the loudest. In French. We did the French "theme song" recently. aka national athem. ahhh, 'twas beautiful. everyone just kind of stopped and listened to me scream. LOL.
I'm not a good singer, but it's so fun to do! Especially when I get the car to myself! *shifty eyes*
you know what songs i absolutely LOVE in french???
Tous les garçons et les filles
*squee* i just randomly get them stuck in my head cuz this one year.. our french teacher made us sing songs in the beginning of every class
Ooh, I do that random song thing! I had Somebody To Love by Queen in my head all last week, and I was so close to jumping on the table and singing in class, it got so bad!
I think it's fantastic to just sing randomly!
